I'm sorry you are having this problem with your ice machine. The information you have received from James is good but does not pertain to this ice machine. From the information listed, I suspect the problem you're having is, there is no water filling the reservoir. In this ice machine, the water valve will not get energized until the system goes into a harvest cycle. So, the unit will have to run for a few minutes to get to this part of the cycle. With no water flow, it normally takes about 5 minutes. If it still won't fill, it will indicate the unit is not going into the harvest mode. This could be a seal system problem or the thermostat may not be working. A good check of the seal system will be to watch the evaporator while the unit is running. Without any water flow, it should frost up completely. If it does not frost up, it will indicate a problem in the seal system. If it does frost up, it will indicate a problem with the thermostat # 598235. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, any additional details will be helpful and I will be glad to assist you further.
