Hi Yaya,

Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.

I know how frustrating it can be when appliances do not function properly.

You will need to check the drain hoses for clogs. You can access the drain lines by removing the lower panel. Also you can make sure the sump is not clogged blocking the check ball. The image below will show you how to gain access to these components. The remaining checks will require the use of an ohm/volt meter and you will have to perform ohm checks and/or live voltage checks. If you have a meter and are confident in your ability to safely perform these checks, reply to this post and I will be happy to assist you in any way I can.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Here is a link that you may use to view the parts list diagram and for parts purchases; Sears Parts Direct .

I hope this is helpful. Check the things I have covered here, and if I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Thanks again for using Manage My Life.
