Thanks Natasha12. Unfortunately the images you posted are only thumbnail size and are too small to read. If I save the images to my computer they are still tiny (only 3.5 Kb files). Can you recommend a way to read them or send larger versions to the email I used to register on this site? Thanks.

Natasha12, it looks like you made an attempt to post the information in another way, unfortunately it shows up only as two broken link icons. When I try to access the file or image behind the icon, I get a dialog box asking for a user name and password. The server asking for the password is: webmail.searshc.com:443 and named "Sears Holdings Webmail". I don't see the information sent to my email address, nor can I access it through this webpage. If you have instructions on how to access this password protected information please post it. Otherwise, maybe you can use text to describe which components to check that could cause the behavior I described. For example should I check the two thermistats and thermistor? Should I check the controller board? If the controller board, how is that to be checked? Thanks for your help and patience.

Sorry, the link still asks for a password to view. I wonder how many others have this same problem with your website. I've found this information in a viewable format on another website.
