Model number of d/w is ddw1805w... part number of new timer (according to packing list) is 1802.86A... I have attached pics of old and new (new is white one).. dont know if you can see it but copper tab connections are oriented parallel to timer dial axis on new one and perpindicular on old... no adaptor included in packaging so clearly cant connect dishwasher wiring to new timer..also notice diameter of dial pin.. old knob wont fit new pin... would be happy to have your appliance guys come in as long as they dont charge me if the part is wrong

Hi Jim, From your pictures it is obvious that you were sent the wrong timer. The part number you gave me is correct for the model number you have. I recommend calling Sears Parts Direct at 1-800-252-1698 and advise them it is the wrong part. You will be able to return it due to it not being a functional equivalent. I have included a link to the Danby website below. You may contact Danby for customer service. Thanks again for using Manage My Life. Landell

Hi JF, Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life. I know how frustrating it can be when appliances do not function properly. I recommend you contact Danby. I have included a link to the Danby website below. This dishwasher is no longer sold. Apparently Jim was unable to locate a timer for his Danby, but you should at least contact them. I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post. Thanks again for using Manage My Life. Landell

I know how important it is to have all the parts for your appliances. While you are waiting for the expert answer, I would suggest contacting the manufacture for the part number. We don't have this part within our system, therefore we can not find it. I was able to find that the adapter can be purchased at home improvement store. I hope this will help you.

There is a 1802.76 nozzle for $2.16 dollars but the parts image is not the clearest. There is also a 1802.73 part called a connector.

I have so far be unable to find any pictures or these.

Most faucet adaptors can be obtained at a hardware store home improvement center.

It may be a long weekend before I can track this down a little further. I will try to verify these are the parts you need and reply to you Tuesday or Wedneday. .
