I understand how frustrating it can get when you experience an issue with your dryer. I am happy to help. When attempting a cycle, does the unit continue to run even without heating? If yes, this can indicate an issue with an open thermal fuse. The problem can also be caused by an open thermostat, hi-limit thermostat, flame sensor or bad igniter, but most likely it is the thermal fuse. I recommend you check that first. The thermal fuse can be checked with a volt/ohm meter, if you have access to one and are comfortable using it. Check for continuity across the two terminals of the thermal fuse, and if the circuit is open then the fuse is bad.

However, it could also be an issue with it not drying due to the condition of the venting hose, and if you are getting proper air flow. If air is impeded in its pathway out of the dryer, or if there is a blockage in the venting hose, it could reduce the rate at which clothes are drying in your dryer.
