Thanks but the fill tube itself is not broken. Whenever the fill cycle begins, the pressure or something forces the fill tube back out of the rear of the freezer. I made sure that the water way was not frozen as well and it continues to happen.

I'm sorry you are having this problem. When the fill tube behind the refrigerator pops loose, it normally always indicates, the tube inside the freezer, behind the icemaker is frozen. You may need to remove the icemaker to check the fill tube inside. You can also remove the back fill tube and try blowing through the grommet (# 260 in picture). If you cannot blow through the back grommet, it will indicate the tube inside is frozen. In this case, the water valve will need to be replaced.

If the tube inside is not frozen, then either the water pressure is too high or the clamp holding the fill tube inside the grommet is too loose. If the water pressure seems to be ok, I recommend going to a local hardware store and purchasing a very small hose clamp. I hope this will help you. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
