Replacing some parts can be a little difficult sometimes. You have received some good information but it will not pertain to your problem. Unfortunately, there is no manual for replacing these elements. I'm attaching a picture showing the heating elements (# 230). These elements come as a kit # WR51X10031. To replace the elements, first disconnect power from the unit. Now remove everything in the freezer, so the back panel can be removed. Remove the screws holding the panel in place and take the panel out. With the panel out, you will see the evaporator and the elements located in the center and bottom. They are held in place with clips. Disconnect the heater wires and remove the heaters from the clips. Reverse the process to install the heaters. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, any additional details will be helpful.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
