oven calibration CRE7500ACW Maytag Maytag cooking

Hello glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears
I am sorry and do understand your frustration when there is questions about the oven.
Glad to help out.   Im  looking at your Maytag Oven model number  CRE7500ACW.

I couldldn't find a calibration per this model but took it off a similar model and I hope it will be sufficient to help.

Unplug range or disconnect power before the following checks:

1.  A potential cause of a control not functioning is corrosion on connections.  Observe connections and check for continuity with an ohmmeter.

2.  All tests/checks should be made with a VOM or DVM having a senstivity of 20,000 per volt DC or greater.

3.  Check all connections before replacing components, looking for broken or loose wires, failed terminals, or wires not pressed into connectors far enough.  Damaged harness must be entirely replaced.   Do not rework a harness.

4.  Resistance checks must be made with power cord unplugged from outlet, and with wiring harness or connectors disconnected.

A:  Semi Automatic Tests is a self diagnostic function built into the oven control.  It is the enhanced diagnostic procedure where the control tests all the relay loads and inputs/outputs on the control automatically and reports the failures and faults, if any.  Once the control performs the tests and reports results, the service technician can confirm the same manually by using the "test mode."

B.  It is highly recommended that the service technician use the Semi Automatic Test to perform the diagnostic testing.

Before prceeding with any corrective action, perform the following steps to enter the Diagnostics mode.

1.  Enter Diagnostics mode and verify error codes by pressing CANCEL>CANCEL>START.

2.  If control does not enter Diagnostics, repeat Step 1.

3.  Press the TEMP/TIME "+"or "-" keypads or the Number 3 or 6 keypads, depending on the model, until "Semi Auto Test" is displayed, then press START.

A.  The control will automatically cycle each component relay in sequence during the test.  Follow instructions on the screen as directed, until the test is complete.

4.  Open and close the oven door when directed.

5.  Press keypad as instructed to indicate "yes" or "no" for the component relay for desired testing.  The control will display the appropriate component fault code(S) in the format, "FO-E0",  (the description of the component fault is also displayed).

6.  If no faults are detected, the control screen will read "Control Good - No Fault Found.

7.  Do not replace the control unless display screen indicates control is not working or you are directed to do so.

1.  Plug in oven or connect power.

2.  Enter diagnostics mode.

3.  Press the TEMP/TIME "+" or "-" keypads or the Number 3 or 6 keypads, depending on the model, to read the following:
A  Control Reset
B  Usage
C  Engineering Mode
D  Test mode
E  Faults
F  Version
G  Display
H  Semi Automatic Test Mode

4.  Press the TEMP/TIME "+" OR "-" KEYPADS OR THE nUMBER 3 OR 6 KEYPADs depending on the model, until "Test Mode" is displaye, then press START.
