I don't have much information for that model of Dacor oven. I posted a parts diagram below. That is all of the technical data that I have regarding that oven door. You may be able to use that diagram to see how to disassemble the door and replace that glass.

If that parts diagram does not help, then I recommend that you call Dacor for help. Their number is 1-800-793-0093. They may not be able to give you technical help over the phone. They will normally refer you to a service provider in your area. The Dacor ovens are normally assembled with tight tolerances and a service provider is normally required for the replacement of most parts on those ovens and ranges.

Q:

Dacore double oven model cs230s

A:

I know how important it is to have a good working range in the home so that you can cook a nice meal at home. While you are waiting for your expert answer, I suggest you add to the thread of this question and include the full model number of your appliance so that the expert can provide you with a more detailed answer. I did manage to find a link that describes a similar problem to the one that you are having with your range. I hope my link is useful.

I am not finding information on the Dacor double oven model CS230S. You may be missing a letter in that model number. I see models such a ECS230S and CPS230S. I recommend that you check that model number and reply with an update if you can find another letter in that model number. Including the serial number would also help. Once we have a model number to work with, we should be able to provide some specific troubleshooting help for this problem.

You can check to see if both elements are heating. Check the oven in the broil mode to see if that broil element is heating. Both elements probably cycle in the bake mode. You could have a problem with an element or you may have a wiring problem. Some models may have a thermal switch that could trip in the clean mode.

Let us know if both elements are heating if possible.
