I know it's frustrating when the freezer stops working. On this type of freezer, first check to see if all of the shelves have a frost build up. If one or two of the shelves does not have a frost, it will indicate a low charge. In this case a technician will be needed to make the repair. I'm listing a site you can access to have a technician come out. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . Sometimes turning the cold control (thermostat) to a colder setting will help but if it doesn't, a technician will be needed. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
