Bolen weed eater starter 41CD150G765 Bolens Trimmer

A:

Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com. It is unfortunate to hear that you are having issues with your trimmer and do understand your frustration. Glad to help out. Im looking at your model number 41cd150g765 and here is a link for a video as well as other videos in the link. I can not see any wear to the flywheel form the plastic pulley. It is possible that the nut drive is worn but unlikely. I have included videos so that you can compare the repair you did to the ones in the videos. I hope this information helps. Just click the blue link above to be taken to the page. If you have further questions please resubmit your question for further information.

Q:

I need to know how to lock the shaft rotation on this model BL150 Bolens Trimmer

A:

Just above the head, there may be a slot or a hole that you can put a screwdriver into so the shaft can't spin as you remove the head. If there is not a hole there, inspect the gear box assembly as some of them will have a little button you push and hold in.

Thank you for using Manage My Life!
