I am sorry you are having a problem with the mower. I will be happy to assist you with replacing the wheels. First, remove the spark plug wire. Then lift the back of the mower and support it with wood blocks so the wheels are off the ground. Next use a flat blade screwdriver to remove the hubcaps. Once they are removed take out the bolts in the center of the wheels. Then slide the wheels off the shaft. Now remove the bolt and nut that secures the pawl to the wheel. Before removing the bolt, note the placement of the pawl. Then transfer the parts to new wheel. After transferring the parts to the new wheels, slide them back onto the shafts and secure them with the bolts. Finish putting the mower back together and check the operation.
