I'm sorry you are having a problem with this refrigerator. The information you have received from Dezeray is very good. This type of problem is usually caused from poor air flow to the fridge section. Check the back wall in the freezer for a thick frost build up. If you do notice an accumulation of frost, this will be a defrost problem. In this case, you can turn the unit off for several hours to allow it time to defrost. When defrosted, it will cool ok again until the frost builds back up. This will give you a chance to get it checked. If there is no frost on the back panel, check the door gasket for air gaps. If you find some gaps in the gasket, you can use a hair dryer to smooth them out. Just be careful not to get it too hot. Also check the light, to see if it's turning off, when the door is closed. If you would like more assistance, any additional details will be helpful and I will be glad to assist you further.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
