Question and Answers

Q:

2005 6.5 hp APG 3002 APG3002

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

I show the breather tube for the APG3002 model as OEM part number APG3002D-A-08-JD, which is different than the part number for the newer unit. The original breather tube for APG3002 has been discontinued with no direct substitute.

You can try using APG3012-A-08-JD, but we cannot guarantee it will be a direct fit, as All Power America has not substituted the part. It sounds like your best option though.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

A:

Thank you for your question on the Gentron Generator.

I am sorry but I could not verify that the starter assembly for the GG3500 would fit the JD3500W.

If you call 1-888-896-6881 you may be able to find out. I was not able to get through at the many times that I called.

I am sorry that I was unable to help you.
