thank you for responding to my issue. Looking in the owners manuel was my first step. Purchasing the replacement filter from my local sears center made more sense than ordering from parts direct.

If the water pressure slows with the new filter but is ok with the original, it indicates a defective filter. I suggest returning the filter for another one or use filter # 5231JA2002A that is listed for this refrigerator. If you would like more assistance, additional details will be needed.

I have the same problem. I did return the first filter but have the same problem with a second one. Did I get 2 defective ones in a row? Pressure is good with the old filter and with the plug installed. The new ones set properly and don't leak. Is the quality control of the filters lacking now?

David, I'm sorry you are having this problem with the water flow. If the water flow is good with the old filter and the plug, it would indicate the filter is restricting the flow. There have been no reports of a problem with these filters. Compare the new filter to the original to make sure they are both the same and also check the length. Another possibility would be the water valve. However, if the supply pressure is good, the icemaker is working ok and the water flow is good with the old filter or plug, it indicates the water valve is ok. In this case, I would recommend having a technician check this. You can call 1-800-469-4663 to schedule a tech to come out.

The problem might be in the motor or motor controller. An easy way to test the motor is to connect a DC volt meter to the motor leads and walk on the treadmill turning the motor. If you walk 2-3 miles per hour the motor will generate around 30 volts DC. If the motor doesn't generate voltage, it is bad.

We don't have any parts or service information on the treadmill. I am sure many parts are no longer available.

I am sending you a link to a page that has some information on your treadmill. I wish you luck.
