Q:

Display PS978ST1SS Ge Electric range

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com and being a valued member.  I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your range display is not working.

Usually when you have no display you would need to replace the control board, in which you have already done,  I recommend a service technician to diagnose the unit. There may be a wiring issue. WB27T11430 make sure this is the control board you replaced.

Q:

Does anyone know the cu. ft. of the oven? 79094479800 Kenmore Electric range

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect.com. I understand how important it is to know the capacity of your oven, especially when it comes time to replace the unit. Model number 79094479800 is a Kenmore 30" Electric Range. I was unable to find the cubic feet information for this range. However, I have included instructions on how to measure the range yourself.
SAFETY NOTICE: Be sure to disconnect power to the appliance before performing any repairs. 1. Allow the oven to cool completely before disconnecting the power supply. Remove racks and other items from inside the oven.

2. Measure the depth, from the back to the lip of the door in inches. Measure the height and width.

3. Multiply the width by the height and depth to obtain the oven volume in cubic inches.
(i.e. 22" depth X 24" width X 32" height has a capacity of 16,896 cubic inches)

4. Divide the capacity in inches by 1,728 (the number of cubic inches in one cubic foot) Based on this example, 16,896 / 1,728 = 9.78 cubic feet.
