Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you. If the outlet valve is tipped down a little you can tighten it up a little, so it points straight out instead of down. If you still do not have enough clearance to add the regulator you can install a longer nipple between the valve and regulator. Be sure to apply some thread sealer on the nipple to prevent leaks.

I hope this is helpful. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the compressor. I believe you have a leak at the unloader valve. The unloader should leak are out of it for a few seconds after it turns off. If air continues to leak out of the unloader when it is running you will need to replace the pressure switch. The part number for the switch is D20596. If air continues to leak out of the unloader when it is turned off, the problem is the check valve. The check valve allows air to enter the tank only. You can try to clean the check valve first. The image below shows how to clean the check valve. Click on the image to enlarge it. If cleaning the check valve does not cure the problem, I recommend ordering the check valve. The part number is DAC-252. The parts can be ordered from the following link.
