Q:

belt #n011005 023 is 30" long. Way too long to fit 919167600 Craftsman Air compressor

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

The replacement belt N011005 is the correct replacement for the original A12210 belt. The new belt will need to be properly tensioned in order to make it work. I have posted the tensioning procedures to take below.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

The "Expert" response is not correct. There is not enough adjustment with the idler to make this belt work. The idler would stick out 2 inches beyond the protective shroud in order to fit this belt.

Q:

Craftsman Compressor Model 919-167600 - What is the cut-out pressure setting for this compressor? 919-167600

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

The manual does state both the cut-in and cut-out pressures on page 3. The cut-in pressure is 130 PSI, and the cut-out pressure is 160 PSI. The pressure switch regulates these pressures.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.
