Is there an air filter on this model? 919153310 Craftsman Oilless air compressor

There is an air filter used on this model, it mounts to the side of the cylinder head. The part number for it is DAC-143.

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the air compressor. If the air compressor is not building any pressure, I recommend checking the line from the pump to the tank. To check the line, unplug the unit from the wall. Then remove the cover from around the motor. Then inspect the line. If the line is connected, turn the motor by hand. The piston should move up and down when you turn the motor. If the piston is moving, I recommend removing the four bolts in the head of the pump. Then lift the head off and inspect the valve plate. The valve plate has thin metal reeds that should be sealed against the valve plate. To see if they are sealed, shine a light from the backside. If you see light, the valve plate needs to be replaced. If the valve plate is fine, I recommend replacing the cylinder and piston kit.
