Thank you for your question.

This model has a gasket between the primer and the carburetor. If this gasket is not sealing, the primer will not work. I found a video that shows how to access and check the gasket. Click here to watch the video. If the gasket is fine, the problem will be a dirty main jet in the carburetor. Click here to watch a video on how to clean the carburetor. Be sure to work in a well ventilated area when working with the carburetor.
