The carburetor on your engine is mounted directly to the fuel tank. So there are no fuel lines on yours. Given the problem that you’re having, I would recommend you tip the mower and drain the fuel tank completely out. Then put about a half a cup of fresh gas in it, put the cap on the tank, shake the mower for about 30 seconds, then tip it and drain that gas back out. After that, fill the tank about half way and see if anything improves.

If it does, go ahead and fill the tank up and you’re ready to mow. If nothing changes, you will need to have the carburetor serviced on your mower.
