Thank you for your question.  I will be happy to assist you with this. I searched other tractors that have the same deck lift parts. I was not able to find a model that has the same lift parts with a smaller deck. This tractor has a unique lift only the 54-inch decks have. I am sorry I do not think you will find a 46-inch deck that will attach easily.  Please let me know if you need further assistance.  Thank you for using Manage my life. Q:

lawn mower runs out of gas when it gets hot

A:

It can be very frustrating when trying to get things done around the yard and having your tractor keep running out of gas. I did some research and provided a link to a similar question and answer on our site. I hope this will shed a little more light on the issue until the Expert responds to your question in more detail within 24 to 48 hours.

Loosen the fuel cap and see if the problem is still there. If the problem goes away then the vent in the fuel cap is obstructed.

If the problem still exists with the fuel cap loose then there may be a problem with the fuel shutoff solenoid. When the engine dies, turn the key to "off" and then turn it back to the "run" position (engine not running but key on) and see if you can hear the fuel solenoid "click" when you turn the key on. If you cannot hear the solenoid then it has likely failed or it is losing power.

If you hear the fuel solenoid then the problem is likely with the carburetor itself. You'll need to remove the carburetor bowl and clean it out and then see if the problem goes away with that.

A:

The easiest way to go about doing that would be to contact the snow thrower manufacturer and ask about a particular model snow thrower and let them know your tractor model number.

We do not really have a way to see what all model of tractors will fit with what snow throwers. We can only see what tractor model will match with what current model of snow thrower.

Any snow thrower you look at for your tractor will need to have a model number that starts with "486". If it starts with any other number, it's old and (typically) will not work with a current model tractor.

You can contact Agri-Fab at (800) 448-9282.
