A:

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

We do no have the spring specs.

I searched "Spring" in the parts list and it came up with the springs listed below. It appears the spring you need is likely included in the carburetor overhaul kit but I can be 100% certain. I added a link to Searspartsdirect with a picture of the parts included in the carburetor kit and it appears to have the spring you may be looking for.

Hi Ron, thank you for the reply. I do have the manual which includes the wiring image you attached, but neither help. Good to know I can get to the fuse from under the hood. Unfortunately, I still cannot find where it is, or where it should be inserted. I believe the fuse popped out of its connector and is lost in some deep grass. I did find two unused connectors under the hood, and am hopeful that one of them is the connector for the fuse. I attached a photo and highlighted both. I believe the correct connector is the one on the right. Your confirmation will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Colleen, the fuse will be connecting two red wires, one goes to the ampmeter then ignition switch, the other will go to the starter. Im not seeing the connector in the picture. The fuse will be like a car fuse with two spade clips and be about 3/4 of an inch in size. Normally located near the console under the hood. Ron H.
