Question and Answers

Q:

Snow Blower Attachment fit-up chart 486.248460

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

The two snow thrower attachments look very similar for the mounts and connections. I would suspect that you will have no issue with connecting the old snow thrower to the new tractor, but since it's not model specific to the tractor, I cannot say with complete certainty that the mounts will be 100%. The best thing we can recommend is to perform a mounting or mock mounting to see if there are any issues. Sometimes new mounts will need to be punched out to  make it fit.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

I know that it can be very difficult to have issues with your tractor. This does sound like the problem is with the solenoid. If you are getting power from the battery to it but not out of it, then you will need to replace it. If you would like to order a new one, just click on this link: Sears Parts Direct . If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
