Thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com, and for being a valued member. 

There really isn't much you can do other than to keep soaking the offending wheel hub down with penetrating oil. I have seen people heat the hub up with a torch to help break it free but in many cases doing so will ruin the tire and warp the wheel.

If you can get a puller on it to hold tension against it and then tap on the wheel with a hammer the vibration make break it free. Other than that, it's just a waiting game with penetrating oil. For what it's worth I have always used Marvel Mystery Oil for these situations and have had good luck doing so.
