Q:

belt 917253744 Craftsman Gt

A:

Thanks for the inquiry and for being a valued member.

The belt routing illustrations would be within the owner's manual for the tractor. Unfortunately, due to the age I do not have access to the manual, but I was able to find one from a similar model that you can refer to on the routing. It's mentioned on page 11. Outside of that, you can Google your tractor model to find an original manual online. I saw some for sale, but not offered free of cost.

I hope this helps and thanks for using SearsPartsDirect.com. We appreciate your business.

Q:

What is the torque spec. and tightening sequence for a cylinder head on a craftsman engine?

A:

You can tighten the head bolts to 220inch pounds on that engine. I generally will run them to about 190inch pounds then step up to the 220. There is no real pattern to it that's recommended. Personally I've always went around the head and tightened them snug then went back around again with my torque sequence.

Q:

snow blade for older riding mower

A:

It can sometimes be difficult browsing through the different websites trying to locate a part on your riding mower. A website that always helps me find a part is the Sears Parts Direct website. Speaking, chatting, or emailing a representative from the parts department is the most easiest way to locating your part. I attached the link below for you to view while you wait on an experts response. I hope the link that I provided is helpful. Have a great day.

thanks alina, but this is an attachment for the tractor, not a part, so the link is useless for my question.

Thank you for your question.

I have looked up the model number you have submitted. I am sorry we no long offer a snow blade for this model. I recommend looking through the classified for a used snow blade. If you find a blade, ask the seller what model tractor it came from. If the number matches yours, you know it will fit. I also recommend test fitting the blade to ensure all of the parts are there.

Please let me know if you need further assistance

Thank you for using Manage my life.
