A:

I have attached a diagram to help you diagnose this problem. Lock down the brake, make sure the PTO is off, and then turn the key to the "start" position. While you hold the key in the start position, check for voltage where each green arrow points to in the diagram. Before you do this test, do check to make sure the fuse (under the dash area) is good. You will need a volt meter to check the voltages for the test. If you do not have a volt meter, you can pick one up at your local Sears store or auto parts store for about $20.

Let me know what you find with this test and we can proceed from there.
