It sounds like you have a loose wire connection that is opening the circuit when it gets hot.

Observe the oven when it shuts down to see if it displays a fault code. You could have a bad temperature sensor, a failed thermal switch, a wiring problem or a failed electronic oven control board in the oven. I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair these types of failures.

A weak circuit breaker or fuse may also cause this shutdown. I would recommend checking that first.
