Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

The problem you are describing is most likely caused a faulty burner switch. I also do not have an image of the range; only a parts list. The parts list are calling the burner control as an element control. It appears by the parts list that your range has (2) 1500 watt surface elements and (2) 2000 watt surface elements. The smaller surface element will be the 1500 watt and the larger surface element will be the 2000 watt.

The part number for the 1500 watt (smaller) element is WB23M24 and the part number for the 200 watt (large) element is WB23M23. You can order the parts from Sears PartsDirect

Q:

How do I wire up the replacement radiant burner part #WB30T10047?

A:

I added the information needed below in an image. This is what a technician would use to wire up the new replacement radiant burner part# WB30T10047.

You may need to reference the wiring diagram/tech sheet that came with your range. It could be located in the control panel or behind the storage drawer.

If you do not understand by using these instructions I recommend calling a service technician to wire up the new burner.
