Thank you for submitting your question. The information Barbara provided you is good. According to the service manual, the F4 error code is a sensor failure. Your range has a oven sensor temperature probe in the upper left or right corner. If you have an ohms/volt meter you can test the probe to make sure it's working correctly. Here is a video on how to test the probe. If the sensor test bad you will need to replace it. The sensor is part number WB21X5301 priced at $74.12 and here's a video on how to replace the sensor. The brand is different but the repair will be the same. You can order the sensor from our Sears Parts Direct web site. If you do not feel comfortable performing test or repairing this problem yourself, I recommend scheduling for service. You can schedule for service online with out Sears Home Services team.
