That beeper is integrated into the clock control board (part WB50T10044). To fix the beeper, you would need to replace that component. It costs around $150. It may not be worth it to replace that part if all of the other functions except the beeper work.

If you want to replace that control board, you can order it from the Sears PartsDirect website. Unplug the range and follow the steps shown in the image below to release the console and access that component. This information may help you fix the beeper problem yourself.
