If the top burners are working fine then I suspect the control is the problem. I was going to suggest you check the circuit brekers but if the top burners are working then the voltage is most likely okay. Both the Bake and Broil circuits go through the electronic control. It is not likely that both the Bake element and Broil element failed at the same time though it is possible. It is possible for the storm to take the control out but it is unusual. You can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services . I suggest a service person repair the problem since the WB27K5127 control cost approximately $252.03 dollars. Most electronic parts are difficult to return. The problem might be just a broken or burnt wire connection. You can reply with any additional details or questions for further assistance.
