You could have a weak glow bar ignitor on the oven bake burner. See if the broil burner works properly. If that broiler works then you can let the burner cool and then try switching the bake and broil ignitors to see if the bake burner will work properly with that other ignitor in place. Be sure that you unplug the range before accessing and handling internal components. If the bake burner works after switching the ignitors, then you will need to replace the weak ignitor to fix this problem.
