The F3 code indicates that you have a problem with the oven temperature sensor circuit. I recommend that you unplug the range and check the resistance of that sensor probe in the oven. The image below shows how to access that component. Be sure that you unplug the range before accessing internal components. At room temperature, the probe should measure around 590 ohms. If the resistance of the probe is way off, you will need to replace that component (part WB20X136).

You can order the sensor from the Sears PartsDirect website.

If the sensor probe resistance is okay at room temperature, you may have a bad electronic control board or a wiring failure.
