Thank you for your question. I know it's frustrating when the oven stops working. The only common component to both elements is the thermostat or there could be a broken wire. A good check will be to by-pass the thermostat. Disconnect the power first.  Remove the back panel and you will be able to see the wires connected to the thermostat. Pay attention to where the wires are connected and now, remove both black wires and connect them together. Reconnect the power and if the bake element works, the thermostat # WB21X489 will need to be replaced. If it still will not heat, it would then lead to a broken wire. In this case, I would recommend having a technician check it. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.
