The model 911.49053200 wall oven does not use a vent pipe. There is no place for a vent to attach to the oven. You can run a vent into the top of the opening the oven sets in, but it can not be attached to the oven.

This oven is designed to draw air into the cabinet from the front under the lower oven door. The air circulates up the back of the 2 ovens and vents out the front above the upper oven door. It is important this air circulation not be altered.

You can see an installation manual for the oven by clicking the "manuals" tab at the top of this page.

Why is "FO" error code displaying on my wall oven?

The new glass touch models maintain a constant exchange of information between the touch control and the main board through a ribbon cable. These signals are factory set when the unit is tested prior to packaging. If for some reason the signals fall outside the factory set parameters, an "F0" fault code will be displayed or key sensitivity may occur to individual keys. To correct this problem follow the steps in the procedure listed below.

The following is the procedure to clear the circuits:

  1. Turn power off to the oven by flipping the circuit breakers off to oven for a few minutes then power back up.
  2. Press Bake and Broil keys simultaneously.
  3. Press Hour Down and Minute Down keys simultaneously for 5 seconds.
  4. Wait approximately 20 seconds after the time of day is displayed.
  5. Press the Temp Up and Minute Up keys simultaneously.
  6. The control will briefly go blank, briefly display all LED segments, briefly display LOC REF, then display all segments for 30 seconds, and finally display LOC REF.
  7. Press Hour Down and Minute Up keys simultaneously.
  8. The control will then display the time of day and operate.
  9. Verify control operation especially the Clear/Off and or Cancel keys.

The above procedure reestablishes the glass touch parameters and will correct the problem.

If this procedure does not fix the problem, then the issue may be with the ribbon or glass control panel itself and would require a service call.
