Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

If both heating elements in the lower oven quit heating at the same time then I must assume the thermal switch has tripped open. The thermal switch is located between the bottom of the upper oven and the top of the lower oven. I added an image below with instructions how to access the thermal switch. The lower thermal switch will likely have a button on it to push and reset.

NOTE: Disconnect the power supply by flipping the two house circuit breakers dedicated for the wall oven before servicing your double wall oven.
