You should be able to change that sensor from the inside of the oven cavity without removing the oven from the cabinet. Check to see if you see mounting screws that secure the sensor inside the oven cavity as shown in the image below. I suspect that you will see those screws on the inside of the oven cavity in this model of oven. If you do, then you can shut off the house circuit breakers (or remove the house fuses) to completely disconnect electrical power from the oven and then use the procedure shown below to replace that oven temperature sensor.
