The F0 error code indicates that you have a problem with the OFF key on your control panel or that you have a failure in the electronic oven control board.  I want to share that the parts that will probably be required to repair this electric range will be expensive. It will likely need a new control panel assembly which includes the key pad. That part alone will cost $300.17. This range that was manufactured by Roper in 2001. It is aproximately 12 years old. The average life expectancy for an electric range is 13 years. You may want to consider replacing rather than investing in a product of this age that may have other parts that may be ready to fail in the near future.
