Q:

error code F3 9114698812 Kenmore Kenmore electric range

A:

Hello glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com

I am sorry and do understand your frustration when there is trouble with the range.

Glad to help out.   Im  looking at your Kenmore model number 911.4698812.

On the F3 code that means your sensor has gone bad.   Could just be the connection so always check that first.  See if a loose or bare wire is shorting out.  You can test the wires and the sensor with an ohm meter.

If you have further questions please let me know.
Thanks for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com

Q:

How do I remove the cooktop controls from a Kenmore electric range model # 911-4698812 ?

A:

Service information is not available on your specific type of range. I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range. This will likely require removing the main top in order to access the screws to the oven control bezel (key#45). I recommend calling a service technician if you are not able to figure out how to access the control. The image I added below may help. NOTE: Disconnect the power supply from the range before servicing.
