I do not have enough details in order to have full and complete understanding of the symptom. If the clock/electronic oven control appears to show the oven is heating and neither bake or broil element is get hot; then it could have a faulty electronic oven control/clock assembly.

If the electronic oven control/clock assembly goes blank, then it could also have a faulty electronic oven control/clock assembly. It could also have a faulty relay board too.

If the broil element will heat but the broil, it could possibly have a faulty bake element or relay board. Make a visual inspection of the bake element and if it looks normal, it's not likely a faulty bake element.

I strongly suggest calling a service technician with the proper tools and experience to properly diagnose and repair your range.
