Q:

Clock Control Panel is not working.

A:

Appliance electronics that malfunction can be difficult to diagnose. I located a similar question at Manage My Life that may help while you wait for the expert response. I attached it along with the link to Sears Home Services if you would like to have a technician diagnose and make repairs. The links are below.

Since the clock control panel will not respond to any button pushes, it will need to be replaced. You can order that part from the Sears PartsDirect.com website. Be sure that you shut off the house circuit breakers for the range to completely disconnect electrical power before accessing and replacing that component. That link for a previous answer that Barbara H. posted in the above response shows how to access and replace that clock control board in this type of range.

If you need more help, reply with additional details.

If you get to a point where you need to have a service technician repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .

A:

The "F5" fault code implies a loss of the relay drive circuit. This fault could have been generated by a momentary loss of power, failed oven temperature sensor or sensor circuit or a faulty oven control board.

Press Clear/OFF and reprogram the control. If "F5" reappears, replace the oven control. See image below for the technical meaning.

I recommend calling a service technician to properly diagnose and repair your range. I recommend calling Sears at 1-800-4MY-HOME or 1-800-469-4663 to set up a service appointment.
