I've checked online and spoken to the parts dept through the 800 number. I need someone that can look up the glass model number and cross reference it to other range models that the glass works with so that I can purchase a new handle that will work with the new holes in the new glass

Why is the self cleaning cycle not working on my Kenmore range?

Something like this should have triggered an error code in the clock display. Since you did not mention an error code several tests will need to be made with a meter in order to determine what the problem is. Possibilities; lock motor, latch switches, ERC & wiring harness.
