The F1 error code indicates that the clock/oven control (also called ERC -- electronic range control) has a failed transistor. This component (part WB27K5187) will need to be replaced. I do not see this part available from the Sears PartsDirect source. I do see it available from PartAdvantage.com. Here is a link for that source: General Electric Part Number WB27K5187 (GE manufactured this range for Kenmore). You may also try using a search engine such as Google to find other sources for this part.

Accessing the control board in this range is shown in the image below. Shut off the breaker to disconnect electrical power and shut off the gas supply before accessing internal components. It appears that you will need to remove the cook top to access the control as shown below. Use extreme care if you are going to complete this repair yourself. Internal metal edges in the range can be sharp. Protective gloves are recommended. Be sure that you document the location of wiring on the original control before removing it (take a digital picture if necessary to document wire locations).
