I've checked online and spoken to the parts dept through the 800 number. I need someone that can look up the glass model number and cross reference it to other range models that the glass works with so that I can purchase a new handle that will work with the new holes in the new glass

Q:

Why is my Kenmore oven not working?

A:

If the igniter is getting 120 volts & is not glowing then the new igniter is defective. If the control valve was bad you would not be receiving 120 volts to the igniter. Be sure you are checking the voltage across the 2 wires coming to the igniter.

Q:

My Kenmore oven model 911.36669894 does not heat. What part do I need?

A:

Something like this will require accessing the ERC Electronic Range Control & making some diagnostic checks with a volt/ohm meter to come up with the root cause of the problem. You will usually see an error code flashing in the display with any type of failure on this model. I have included an error code list & other service information from the service manual in the images below. If you have a meter & the proper tools please get back with us on this for more troubleshooting tips.
