Thanks for the diagram. My range doesn't have a back panel the rises above the level of the range; it's flat across the surface where the burners are. So I need to take panels off the back behind the oven? There are different bolts there, where I guess I would have to use an adjustable wrench?

Your details indicate that you could have a problem with the oven door lock assembly, the door switch, the clock control board or the wiring in those circuits. The "door locked" display indicates that the control board detects that the door lock motor is running. If that door lock motor is not running, then the door lock motor assembly is probably broken or one of the switches in that circuit did not close properly to signal the control board that the oven door is unlocked. I provided a technical explanation of that door lock system in the image below. If you are able to shut off the house circuit breakers to disconnect electrical power and access those components, you can use that information to diagnose the cause of this failure. If you need parts, you can order them from this page: Kenmore Gas Range 911.36669891 Parts . Be sure that you shut off the house circuit breakers for the range before accessing internal components.

This information may help you fix that range problem. It will probably not be in time to use the oven for Easter cooking. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details and we will assist you further.

If you get to the point where you need to have a service technician diagnose and repair this failure, you can schedule service through this link: Sears Home Services .
