Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

Your model range 911.36665892  does NOT have any pilot lights. It has an electronic glow bar igniter for the oven and spark igniters for the surface burners. There are no pilots to light.

I added a link to the Owner's Manual in case you needed one.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern. I must assume the broiler will still operate.

The Bake operation operates the same as the broiler, when Bake or Broil is selected, the oven igniter must glow red hot and must pull enough current to cause the gas safety valve to open and allow gas to flow to the bake or broil burner. If you open the oven door and start the broiler, you will see the broil igniter begin to glow bright red and then the gas valve will open and allow gas to flow to the broil burner at which time the gas is ignited from the red glow of the hot igniter. The bake operation works the same way other than the burner and igniter is located under the floor of the oven.

I added the instructions in the image below on how to access the bake burner and igniter. You will likely find the igniter not glowing or find it glowing but too weak to cause the gas valve to open.

If you find the bake igniter glowing but never get any burner ignition, replace the bake igniter. If the broiler burner will ignite, you could replace the bake igniter with the broil igniter since both igniters are interchangeable and at least be able to use the Bake feature. NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing your range.

If the bake igniter is not glowing, it could have a broken igniter, faulty gas valve or faulty oven control board.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .
