Thank you for your inquiry on your Kenmore Cooktop, Model: 911.33219100. From reviewing the details on your model, I have included a link to a couple of videos on similar model of cooktops, which should be able to troubleshoot what could be causing the burners to malfunction. Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

All 4 surface igniter should spark when ever any one burner knob is rotated to the lite position. If the two left side burner igniters do not spark when any of the 4 burner knobs are rotated to the lite position, this would be a very uncommon failure. The surface ignition system consists of the igniters, burner switches, wires connecting the each igniter to the spark module and the spark module. See image below. The image also has the wiring diagram and wiring diagram along with instructions for removing the top. NOTE: Disconnect the power cord from the power source before servicing.

The electrode will likely have a small clip under the top to remove before the electrodes can be removed.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.

For the question I asked in re changing replacing an igniter on a Kenmore 36" gas cooktop, the specific model of my cook top is 911.33219100. It appears that all I have to do is remove the two screws in the burner top which will allow the igniter to be accessed from the bottom. However, I am hesitant to do anything until I get some expert advise. Thanks, Jim O'Rear.

James: In order to just access and replace the electrode all you should need to do is remove the take the screws out securing the burner base and lift it up. The electrode will have C-clip to slide off the base of the electrode and then disconnect the wire connection and lift the electrode out. See the image I added my previous answer is needed.
