Thank you for your question and I understand your concern. The bake burner should operate like the broil burner. When the oven is set to bake, the bake igniter must glow red and pull enough current/amperage to cause the gas valve to open.

The bake igniter is likely broken or too weak to open the bake valve. If the bake igniter is glowing red and the bake burner never ignites, replace the bake igniter.

If the bake igniter is not glowing, it could be broken or it could have a faulty electronic oven control (EOC). I added an image below with the wiring diagram and additional information.

To access the bake burner and bake igniter, the floor of the oven must be taken out and the flame spreader located below the oven floor. If the igniter is not glowing, the igniter can be disconnected and tested for continuity with an Ohm meter. If the igniter measures continuity then I would have to suspect a faulty electronic oven control/clock assembly.

NOTE: Disconnect the wall oven from the power source before removing the oven floor.

I understand how important it is to have your oven working properly. However, the model number you provided is incorrect. This number is usually only 11 digits long with a decimal point after the first three. This is the number that we will need to provide the best information on the issue. I can provide some general information, however. There are several components that will cause an oven to stop working. It could be that the ignitor, the burner, the controls, or the temperature probe has failed. This will require some testing to find the issue, but it will be model specific. If you could please reply with this number, I can then provide a more detailed answer. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

Check to see if the broil burner will ignite. If it does then this verifies that you have an adequate gas supply provided to the oven.

If the broil burner won't ignite, I recommend that you make sure that the gas cut-off valve for the oven is fully open. Check the gas supply that is provided to the oven.

If the broiler is working properly, I recommend that you pull out the oven floor and see if the bake ignitor is glowing when you have the oven set in the bake mode. If the ignitor is glowing, you could have a weak bake ignitor that is preventing the bake burner from lighting. Jacqueline S. provided a link for a previous answer that explains the ignition system in this type of oven. Here is another copy of that link: Why won't my oven ignite; the ignitor is glowing?

Your oven is slightly different. It has a round igniter instead of a square one. The minimum amp draw needed to open the safety gas valve in your oven is 2.5 amps. The same igniter is used for the bake and the broil burners in your model (911.30469895). You can shut off the circuit breaker for your oven and switch the bake and broil ignitors. See if the bake burner will light using the broil burner ignitor. If it does, then you will need to replace the bad ignitor. The part number for the ignitor is WB2X9154. Here is a Sears PartsDirect.com link for that part: Ignitor

These tips may help you fix this oven failure. If you need more assistance, reply with additional details.
