Q:

Part WB27T10327 Replacement Control Panel - Is faceplate and install kit included? 9113012992 Kenmore 24" gas built-in oven

A:

Thank you for choosing SearsPartsDirect. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your range control panel does not work. I did look into the model number you have provided, and I did find information to assist you.

Other vendors photos can be different and show more parts that come with it. WB27T10327 is just the electronic control at every vendor. The manufacture does not sell the faceplate or wire kit with it. The part number you listed controls your oven functions and your clock/timer. Without it you will not have a funcitonable oven.

Q:

Manual and pictures and stove not firing up 9113012992 Kenmore 24" gas built-in oven

A:

Hello glad to help.  Thank You for choosing Sears PartsDirect.com

I am sorry and do understand your frustration when there is problems with the oven.

Glad to help out.   Im  looking at your Kenmore Oven model number 9113012992 .

Here is a manual that is not exact but close enough to help you out when it comes to getting an idea of the parts.   Just when you order parts please remember to use your model number and don't order from the manual please.

Manual for model 911.3012990

How to test gas ignitors for ranges:

1.  Unplug the oven from the wall for your safety.

2.  Lower the oven door.  Sometimes best to have more room and just remove it.

3.  Remove the oven racks from inside.  Remove the lower panel when testing the bake ignitor.

4.  Remove the burner shield by taking out the screws that secure it to ignitor first.

5.  Next take out the screws that hold the ignitor.  Pull the ignitor away from the oven wall.
Unclip the wire connector.  If the wire connector is not accessible, remove the back rear
panel to the oven, or remove the bottom storage drawer to access the wire connector.

6.  Get a multimeter to the lowest setting so you can measure the Ohms of resistance.  Calibrate
the meter. Refer to your meters instructions

7.  Place one of the terminals on the ovens bake ignitor's terminal with one of the multimeters
probes.  Then touch the other terminal with the other probe.

8.  Check the multimeter's display  If the meter does not move, displaying a resistance of any
numbers on the Ohms of resistance, there is no continuity.   If no continuity then the bake
    ignitor is bad.

The upper Broil ignitor and the lower bake ignitor are the exact same ignitor.   So if you like you can switch them out.   When it comes to correct baking however, you need both upper and lower ignitors to work.
